Do I need to register in order to buy from the Iginio Massari Online Shop?
Yes, registration is required in order to purchase our products. Signing up only takes a few simple steps: Click on ‘LOGIN’ on the main menu.
On the page that opens, look for the REGISTRATION area and fill in the required fields, then click on REGISTRATION. Please remember that you only need to register for your first purchase, after which all you have to do is insert your e-mail address and password in the appropriate places in order to LOGIN.

How will I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once you make the payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. If you don’t receive an e-mail, make sure that it has not been sent to your Spam box, or, if you use Gmail, check the Promotions file. If you cannot find the confirmation e-mail in either of these places, contact our Customer Service via the section on the website.

How can I pay for my purchases?
The Iginio Massari Online Shop accepts payments via the following methods: Credit Cards, Paypal, Account Paypal (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Postepay e Aura)

Which countries do you ship to?
For logistical reasons, for the moment we only ship to Italy (excluding San Marino and Vatican City) and the following countries of the European teritorio: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal , Czech Republic, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.
Why can’t I find my country or state when registering?
If your country or state is not on the list of those where, for logistical reasons, we do not currently ship, you will not be able to complete your registration.

How much does shipping cost?
Delivery to Italy (including the islands but excluding San Marino and Vatican City) has a fixed cost of €7,30 + VAT. Delivery to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal , Czech Republic, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Hungary has a fixed cost of €15,50 + VAT.
For orders of over €200 delivery to Italy (excluding San Marino and Vatican City) is free.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Goods are shipped by courier and usually take from 2 to 7 working days from confirmation of the order, depending on the availability of the goods, and the destination.

How can I find out where my order is?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a link to enable you to trace your order. Go to the ‘TRACK SHIPMENT’ section on our website and insert the number sent to you in the e-mail.

If I am not satisfied, can I return the items?
Unfortunately, you cannot return the items. Under article 64 et seq of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 2005/206), the right of return does not apply to the supply of foodstuffs, beverages or other goods intended for everyday consumption of the consumer to his home, workplace or residence.
I have bought some items from the Iginio Massari Online Shop. Can I sell the goods to others?
None of the items on the Iginio Massari Online Shop may be sold to other customers without specific authorisation.

How should I store items bought from the site, and what is the expiry date?
All our products are hand-made and do not contain preservatives, so once opened the package must be resealed correctly, and the items consumed within three days of opening. The expiry date is clearly marked on each product.

I have selected a product. Why does it not appear in my basket?
Our online sales system is compatible with new generation browsers and the various operative systems available today. Sometimes, the use of a browser which has not been updated, or a browser with a full memory cache, can cause problems with the buying process. Please check that you are using the latest version of your browser, and that the memory cache is not full. If the problem persists, please contact us giving full details of the type of error, the platform, the operating system and the browser you are using.
