

The result of a careful research and development process, on the occasion of Father's Day the Massari family presents a new concept of leavened product named after the Maestro himself: Pan di Iginio.
In this first version — a limited edition created for the celebration of March 19th — the dough is coffee-flavoured, enriched with candied lemon and orange and delicious coffee cremini that surprise with every bite.
To crown it all, an intense and velvety glaze — 70% dark chocolate, almond, cocoa and coffee — embraces the leavened cake like a bold gesture: deep, elegant and memorable.
Pan di Iginio is characterized by a complex production process involving four proofing stages, which greatly enhance its softness, and two dough preparations, for a total of 65 hours.
A debut creation, produced in limited quantities.
Baked confectionery product. The product is glazed only on the upper part.
