Cleverly rebalanced with tonka beans, more vanilla, more honey and by removing raisins and almonds, this extraordinary Panettone boasts a rich and flavorful dough that is particularly soft thanks to Maestro Massari's complex leavening process, which involves four leavening times and temperature-controlled leavening and two kneading, for a total of 65 hours.

Our Panettone cakes without candied fruit are packaged fresh, without preservatives. The Panettone cakes will be shipped from November 10 and will have a best-before date covering the Christmas holidays until the New Year. During checkout, in the “shipping method” section, select the week of November 10 or a subsequent week from the calendar.
Store in a cool, dry place. Without preservatives and colourants, after opening it can be stored in the original, tightly closed bag.
The expiration date is written on the package.
