Master Iginio, Debora and Nicola Massari have designed a recipe to replace the classic Panettone al Cioccolato with an innovative Panettone with cocoa dough enriched with dark and milk chocolate chips made with the Massari family's selection.

The cream, acacia honey and citrusy orange nuances in the dough give off lingering aromatic notes that combine with the full flavor of chocolate.

As with the Master's classic Panettone, this innovative Cocoa and Chocolate Panettone involves a complex process with four leavings at controlled time and temperature and two doughs for a total of 65 hours.

    Our cocoa and chocolate Panettone cakes are packaged fresh, without preservatives. The cocoa and chocolate Panettone cakes will be shipped from November 10 and will have a consumption date covering the Christmas holidays until the New Year. During checkout, in the “shipping method” section, select the week of shipment from November 10 or a subsequent week from the calendar provided.
