The cream, acacia honey and citrus hints of orange in the dough release persistent aromatic notes that blend with the full taste of cocoa.

As with the Maestro's Classic Panettone, this new Panettone with Cocoa and Chocolate involves a complex process with four controlled leavening times and temperatures and two doughs for a total of 62 hours.
