An exquisite pistachio and white chocolate glaze with granulated sugar and pistachios covers the top.
The Massari family's complex leavening process, with four leavings at controlled time and temperature and two doughs for a total of 65 hours, gives our panettoni a special fluffiness.

Our Pistachio Panettone cakes are packaged fresh, without preservatives. Pistachio Panettone cakes will be shipped from November 24 and will have a consumption date covering the Christmas holidays until the New Year. During checkout, in the “shipping method” section, select the week of shipment from November 24 or later in the calendar provided.
Store in a cool, dry place. Without preservatives and colourants, after opening it can be stored in the original, tightly closed bag.
The expiration date is written on the package.
